New Features & Related Documentation

Oracle NetSuite
  • Field-level tracking added for NetSuite real-time sources: Real-time script execution can now be set to trigger only when certain fields change for the source.
  • NetSuite REST Real-Time data source: A new real-time source using NetSuite REST services, allowing parent and child objects in one request. Check out our documentation to see how you can set this up. Check out the documentation to see how you can create one here.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Dynamics NAV
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
  • Duplicate detection settings now passed via message: Added support to allow duplicate detection to be used more efficiently when duplicate detection settings are used with simultaneously running integrations.
  • Added nested lookup capabilities for CRM maps: Allows users to use the result of a lookup as the criteria in another lookup.
Salesforce
  • Boolean fields now work in entity lookups: Booleans can now be used within an entity lookup to filter the lookup to the data you need.
  • PriceBookEntry now displays CurrencyIsoCode: When using multi-currency within Salesforce, you can now map to CurrencyIsoCode.
Generic REST Connector
  • Added support for long API timeouts: Some APIs may take a while to retrieve data. You can now define how long SmartConnect will wait.
  • Added Next Page ID paging type: This new paging type allows you to capture a page ID from a REST response and then use it on a page parameter.
  • Add support for removing default Authorization header on Exchange Token REST setup: Added flexibility to determine how exchange token authentication calls are made. Some services do not want an Authorization header, so this option allows that connection to be made.
Flat File
  • Export to CSV now supports semicolon delimiters: Added flexibility for regions that use semicolon delimiters. File outputs will now be a .csv rather than a .txt.
General Usability Improvements
  • Added Map Run Number to SmartConnect.com notification emails: Scheduled map runs will now contain the run number to make it easier to troubleshoot any map failures.
