Setting Up Change Trigger Maintenance

  • From the main Navigation Menu, select Data Sources > Change Triggers > Maintenance. 

  • Click the Create Maintenance button. 

  • The Change Trigger Maintenance window will open.  

  1. Enter a value for the Trigger Type. Options will include: 
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Change Data Source 
    • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement REST Change Data Source 
    • Microsoft CRM Change Data Source 
    • MSSQL Table Change Data Source 
  1. Check the Remove processed changes checkbox to remove any processed changes older than the set number of days. 
  1. Check the Remove unprocessed changes checkbox to remove any unprocessed changes older than the set number of days.  
  1. Save the Change Trigger Maintenance Window.
