Create Source
- On the left side options column expand Data Sources – Change Triggers – Trigger.

- On the Change Triggers page click the Create Change Trigger button.

- On the New Change Trigger page click the NetSuite Change Data Source button.
- Description – enter a friendly description for the data source.
- Connection – select the connection to be used from the dropdown list.
- Click the Validate button – this will verify the Connection is successful and enable the Role Type fields.
- Role Category – Select the category for the filter.
- Options include Activities, Communications, Customization, Entities, File Cabinet, Items, Lists, Marketing, Support, Transactions, and Website.
- Role Type – Select the Role Type the filter will be using.
- Custom Record Type – If tracking changes to a custom record, select which custom record to track.
- Last Modified Date – Set the default Last Modified Date and Time.
- Include child item lines – Mark this checkbox if you want child item lines to also be available to select for the Columns on the Filter.
- Name field for list entries and records – Mark this checkbox if you would like a name field returned instead of the Internal ID for list entries and records.
- Click Save.

Link Source to an Integration
Next an integration will be linked to the source and tracking enabled on the integration process.
- Create a new Integration Process.
- Select the Integration Source tab.
- Source Type – select Changes Only.
- Source – select NetSuite Change Data Source.
- Change Source -select the change data source from the setup above
- Role Category -Will default from selected data source
- Role Type -Will default from selected data source
- Last Modified Date -Will default from the data source setup, but can be edited if needed
- Group By – Select at least 1 primary key field
- Finish mapping the target of the integration
- Click Save
