Edit Embedded App Actions

The Edit Embedded App provides essential actions to maintain a seamless connection with Salesforce and Zendesk. Utilizing the reconnection action is particularly useful when there have been changes to your login credentials or after a reinstallation.  Meanwhile, the refresh action is a handy tool for updating the data within the apps, ensuring that the information displayed is current and accurate.

The reconnect actions are used for re-establishing access to Salesforce and Zendesk.  These actions require users to re-enter their login credentials or, in the case of Zendesk, their site prefix along with the credentials.

Refresh actions are designed to be seamless, utilizing stored credentials to renew the connection without any additional input from the user.
