Adding a Shipping Connector

If your company uses tracking numbers for shipping, then Popdock has shipping carriers to help show your tracking history or summary.  These are used to link to a specific field that is storing a tracking number, and it will give you tracking information as a detail on any list.

You can have one Shipping Connector installed at a time.

How to add a Shipping Connector

‍1.  Under the main menu, select Connectors from the left navigation to open the Connectors page.

2.  Under Actions, select Add connector.

3.  Select the Shipping connector from the list of connectors.

4. Select Add to add the Shipping connector.

5. Once the Shipping connector is installed, you can edit it and then select Shipping services. Select Click here to add a new shipping service.

6. A list of carriers will be available for you to select from. For most of these it will require you to enter your account login information. USPS will be used for this example, as it does not require login info.  After you have selected your shipping carrier, select Add.

7. If you need to add another shipping service, select Add new shipping service.

8.  After the shipping connector has been installed, it will be available in your list of connectors, and you can begin to add it as a detail to any list.
