The name of each action is generated based on the metadata received from the connector during the initial setup. You can change the name of any action to reflect how your company describes the action, instead of how the connector application describes it.

How to Change the Name of an Action

1. From the main menu, select Connectors.

2. Select the Edit icon for the connector that contains the action that you want to update.

3. Select Actions from the navigation pane.

4. Edit the name of the action. The action name is changed as soon as you leave the edit field.
