Security to lists can be granted to users or teams.
How to grant user security to a list
1. From the main menu, select Security.
2. Select Users and then select the user that you want to grant security to by select the Edit icon.
3. In the Connectors section on the left, select the connector that contains the list you want to grant security to.
4. Select Roles and select the roles that the user will need for the connector. Then select Lists and select Click here to add a list. You can then select the lists that the user will need access to. Select Add once you have selected the lists.
5. If the lists you select contain actions or details, you can add those if the user should have access to those too. You will only be able to add actions and details for the lists you selected in Step 4.
How to grant team security to a list
1. From the main menu, select Security.
2. Select Teams from the left navigation.
3. Select the Edit icon next to the team that you want to grant security to.
4. In the Connectors section on the left, select the connector that contains the list you want to grant security to.
5. Select Roles and select the roles that the team will need for the connector. Then select Lists and select Click here to add a list. You can then select the lists that the team will need access to. Select Add once you have selected the lists.
5. If the lists you select contain actions or details, you can add those if the team should have access to those too. You will only be able to add actions and details for the lists you selected in Step 5.
