Granting Security Access to a List

Security to lists can be granted to users or teams.

How to grant user security to a list

1. Select Security from the left navigation pane to open the Security page.

2.  Select the user that you want to grant security to by select the Edit icon.


3. Select the connector that contains the list you want to grant security to.

You must grant the user access to the connector first. See this knowledge base article on granting accessing to the connector.


4. Select the list(s) you want to grant access to by checking the box next to it. You can also grant the user access to CompaniesListsDetails, and Actions . You can also check Select all to grant the user access to all lists, companies, details, or actions.



How to grant team security to a list

1. Select Security from the left navigation pane to open the Security page.

2. Select Team from the left navigation.


3. Select the Edit icon next to the team that you want to grant security to.


4. Select the connector that contains the list you want to grant security to.

You must grant the team access to the connector first. See this knowledge base article on granting accessing to the connector.


5. Select the list(s) you want to grant access to by checking the box next to it. You can also grant the team access to CompaniesListsDetails, and Actions . You can also check Select all to grant the team access to all lists, companies, details, or actions.
