The November 2025 SmartConnect Release will be available to all SmartConnect.com partners and customers on 6 November 2025. The release will be rolled out on the following schedule:
- North American and European regions: updates will be applied during off-hours starting on 6 November.
- Australian regions: updates will be applied during off-hours on 7 November.

Feature Updates
Realtime Callback Staging
In this update, enhancements have been made to Realtime Callback Staging, including
- Any active records will automatically reprocess.
- The ability to bulk delete staging records.
- The status of records is now viewable.
Bug Fixes
This update includes fixes to:
- Inventory Assignment Element child line in NetSuite REST destination returning incorrect properties.
- NetSuite SuiteQL lookups not escaping single quotes on string inputs.
- Missing ‘returnauthorizationitem’ SOAP NetSuite destination.
- Add paging in the body for generic REST data source.
- OAuth failing with the generic REST connection to Jira.
- Update to the D365 Business Central service to service refresh token frequency.
Accessing the Release
This update will be available to all SmartConnect.com (the cloud version of the product) users on 7 November 2025.
