SmartConnect allows you to export the definition of an integration as an HTML document. There are two methods to export integrations, either each integration individually or in bulk.
Export Single Integration
- Open Processes > Integration Processes
- Click the actions dropdown on the integration you want to export
- Click the Documentation option
- File name – Optionally, rename the file
- Include source columns – Option to include every source column and the corresponding data type in the file
- Include child integrations – Option to document all child integrations into a .zip file with this integration documentation
- Click OK
- The html or .zip file will be downloaded
Export Multiple Integrations
- Open System > Documentation
- Click the (+) button to generate a new documentation
- Description – Name of the export
- Include source columns – Option to include every source column and the corresponding data type in the file
- Add integration(s) – Select up to 20 integrations to include in the export
- Process Documentation – Click this button after selecting all required integrations
- There are two ways to download the files
- Click on each file in the Export File column to download them individually
- Go back to System > Documentation and download all the files in a .zip file
