The January 2026 SmartConnect Release will be available to all SmartConnect.com partners and customers on 12 January 2026. The release will be rolled out on the following schedule:
- North American & European regions: updates will be applied during off-hours starting 11 January.
- Australian region: updates will be applied during off-hours on 12 January.
Feature Updates
- Option to set the initial page for Item Count and Page Count paging types. Used when an API starts with data on page 0.
Bug Fixes
This update includes fixes to:
- Sending emails from tasks and schedules has been updated to be more consistent. Emails will now come from DoNotReply@smartconnect.com. If you currently have rules setup in your email application(Outlook, Gmail, etc.), you will need to update the rule if it uses a from address.
- SFTP is timing out when processing large files.
- Next Page Parameter paging shows the correct parameter options when adding from the Insert Field option on a Data Source body.
- Improved performance when loading CRM/CE integrations.
- Updates to integration schedules to improve schedule execution.

This update will be available to all SmartConnect.com (the cloud version of the product) users on 12 January 2026.
