How to add a ServiceNow Connector

Before you add the connector in Popdock, you will need some information from ServiceNow.  You can find the information you need by logging into the developer portal in ServiceNow and selecting your profile in the upper right corner.  Then select Manage instance password.  You will need the Instance URL, Username, and Password to configure the connector in Popdock.

1. Log into Popdock and then select Connectors, under the main menu.

2. Select Add connector.

3. Select the ServiceNow connector.

4. In the Base URL field, enter the Instance URL from ServiceNow.

5. Enter the Username and Password from ServiceNow.

6. Select Validate to validate the connection. 

7.  If the validation is successful, select Connect. 

8. Popdock will begin installing the connector.  Once complete you will see your ServiceNow connector available from your list of connectors.
