Granting Security access to a Connector

Security to connectors can be granted to users or teams. After you have granted access to a connector, you can then grant access to lists, companies, details, and actions in that connector.

How to grant user security to a connector

1. From the main menu, select Security.

2. Select Users and then select the user that you want to grant security to by select the Edit icon.

3. Select Connectors on the left. A list of all connectors will display on the right.

4. Select the connector that you want to grant the user access to. Select Roles and select the roles you want to grant to the user. You can then select Companies, Lists, Actions, Details, and List actions and grant the user access to those.

How to grant team security to a connector

1. From the main menu, select Security.

2. Select Teams from the left navigation.

3. Select the Edit icon next to the team that you want to grant security to.

4. Select Connectors from the left navigation.

5. Select the connector that you want to grant the team access to. Select Roles and select the roles you want to grant to the team. You can then select Companies, Lists, Actions, Details, and List actions and grant the user access to those.
