Setting up a Zoho CRM Connector

You will first need to upload the Zoho CRM Rest Service by following the below instructions:

Create a Zoho OAuth 2.0 App

  1. To get started, create an OAuth2.0 app and make sure you select the Server-Based Applications type and enable Multi-DC.
  2. When prompted for Authorized Redirect URIs, enter the URI for your region in SmartConnect.
    1. SmartConnect > System > API Settings page.
    2. Copy the value for the Generic REST OAuth Redirect Url and paste this into your ZOHO App.
  1. Save the generated Client Id and Client Secret for entering into SmartConnect later. 

Import the Zoho CRM REST Definition

  1. From the main Navigation Menu > Maintenance and then REST Services.
  1. On the REST Services page, click the Import Rest Service button.
  1. This opens the Import Rest Service window allowing you to upload the Json File linked here.
  1. After you have selected the file, you can press the Process Import button.

Add a Zoho CRM Connector

  1. On the left side options column click Connections.
  2. On the Connections page click on the Create Connection button.
  1. On the New Connection page click on the Zoho CRM icon.
  1. The page to configure the Zoho CRM connection opens.
  1. Enter the Client Id and Client Secret into the Authentication Section and click connect.
  1. Save the connector.
