You will first need to upload the Zoho CRM Rest Service by following the below instructions:
Create a Zoho OAuth 2.0 App
- To get started, create an OAuth2.0 app and make sure you select the Server-Based Applications type and enable Multi-DC.
- When prompted for Authorized Redirect URIs, enter the URI for your region in SmartConnect.
- SmartConnect > System > API Settings page.
- Copy the value for the Generic REST OAuth Redirect Url and paste this into your ZOHO App.

- Save the generated Client Id and Client Secret for entering into SmartConnect later.

Import the Zoho CRM REST Definition
- From the main Navigation Menu > Maintenance and then REST Services.

- On the REST Services page, click the Import Rest Service button.

- This opens the Import Rest Service window allowing you to upload the Json File linked here.

- After you have selected the file, you can press the Process Import button.
Add a Zoho CRM Connector
- On the left side options column click Connections.
- On the Connections page click on the Create Connection button.

- On the New Connection page click on the Zoho CRM icon.
- The page to configure the Zoho CRM connection opens.

- Enter the Client Id and Client Secret into the Authentication Section and click connect.

- Save the connector.
