The February 2026 Popdock Release will be available to all Popdock partners and customers on 1 February 2026. The release will be rolled out to all regions in off-hours, and will take less than 10 minutes to apply.

Although PopdockAI currently lives in the menu bar of Popdock, it is NOT simply a feature. PopdockAI is a free-standing product that will make the lives of every user easier. Currently, PopdockAI is only available in beta. If you are interested in becoming a beta customer, please contact us here.
Here is what’s currently available in PopdockAI:
MCP – Connect AI assistants directly to your business data through Popdock’s secure data access layer. Enabling AI Clients to intact with your data using natural language through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
AI Account usage tracking – Track account activity and consumption over time with detailed metrics on queries, actions, and MCP usage.
Added citation support to AI chat – AI responses now include citations that link back to the source lists and reports, making it easy to verify information and explore the underlying data that informed the AI’s response.
Added mermaid diagram support to AI chat – AI responses can now render Mermaid diagrams inline, allowing you to visualize workflows, processes, and relationships directly in your chat conversations without needing external diagramming tools.
AI personal preferences – Set personal instructions that automatically apply to all your AI interactions, allowing you to customize how the AI responds to you across the entire platform.
AI scheduled emails – Send AI-powered insights directly to inboxes on any schedule – no manual reporting required.
AI summary custom lists – Run one-shot AI operations that process your data and return either free-form text or structured fields – creating queryable lists you can filter, sort, and analyze like any other Popdock data.

REST Connector
Remove empty properties from REST connector actions – REST API requests can now be configured to exclude null and empty properties, resulting in cleaner payloads and better compatibility with strict APIs.
REST connector action return fields – Define which fields are returned from REST API actions, enabling more control over action responses and laying the groundwork for future workflow capabilities.
Bug Fixes
Our team has fixed some minor bugs. Changes will be prevalent after the update.
