The Freshdesk connector gives you access to all of your ticket data.
How to add a Freshdesk connector
1. Select Connectors from the left navigation to open the Connectors page.

2. Select Add connector.

3. Select the Freshdesk connector. This will open a new window to start the creation of the connector.

4. Enter your Freshdesk Site prefix and your API key from Freshdesk. Your site prefix is the first part of the URL of your Freshdesk site. For example, if your URL is https://popdock.freshdesk.com, then your site prefix is ‘popdock’.

5. Select Validate. If the validation is successful, select Connect.
