You have the right to know what personal data we have collected and have provided to you, a copy of the information.  You also have the right to request for the data to be updated, deleted, or corrected.

You can access and update personal information (such as your name, phone, job title, password and opt-in preferences) that you have provided to eOne Solutions by logging into your account at www.eonesolutions.com.  This information along with any other personal information collected can also be updated, deleted, or corrected by emailing the request to privacy@eonesolutions.com.

Most of the personal data stored from the use of Popdock and/or SmartConnect can be accessed and updated from within the corresponding product. All of it can also be requested by emailing privacy@eonesolutions.com.

eOne Solutions uses select service providers to act on its behalf. These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data other than to provide the services to eOne Solutions.

eOne Solutions will share your data with other third-parties when it is requested by you, directly or indirectly. The use of eOne’s services may require the sharing of your data with other parties to provide those services. If required by law, the information may be shared as well.

eOne Solutions processes your personal information in the countries in which it operates, in accordance with applicable laws. These countries include but are not limited to: United States, Denmark, Australia.

eOne Solutions may store your personal information with service providers in other countries based on locations provided by those service providers. These countries may have laws that differ with your local countries laws.

All transferring of data outside of your country is done in accordance with the eOne Solutions Privacy Policy and applicable law.
