Extender Release 18.05.0111

This release is a compatibility release for Extender 18.5.  It allows Extender to be compatible with Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.5.xxxx.  It will contain the same features/fixes as the Extender 18.4 build 18.04.0101 for Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.4.
