If you’re an existing Popdock customer, we’re looking to make the transition to eOne’s 2024 updated pricing easier and you have options. All our existing Popdock subscription customers who purchased before 1 June 2024 are guaranteed special transition pricing at the Business and Premium Plans and can also take advantage of better pricing by selecting multi-year commitments and the yearly payment option.
At your first renewal after 1 June 2024, you have the option to select your Popdock plan and receive the discounted transition price for 12 months. You may also upgrade anytime before 31 May 2025 to receive the discounted transition price of your upgraded plan.

Popdock is a universal query engine that can be used by end users across all business systems. Popdock allows those configurable queries to be displayed in a number of ways: Via Popdock’s web browser UI, in Microsoft Excel as refreshable reports, embedded within another business application where users prefer to work, as connected sensitive data snippets for end users or consumed as an API by your developers.
The Basic and Standard plans will automatically bump you up to the next level plan for the month. The Premium Plan will bump you up by adding another Query Pack on to the existing plan.

For the step of publishing your data to the data lake, Popdock also gives you an option to split your files, which allows Popdock to copy multiple simultaneously to the data lake. This makes it a faster process when you’re initially getting your data into AWS S3 storage.</p><p>The access of your CSV data from the AWS S3 connector is really efficient, your users have a great experience working with the AWS S3 data from the interface of the Popdock app or via a Popdock widget using Virtual Integration.
A query occurs when you open a list or open Popdock widget data that is embedded in an application.
eOne is a SaaS subscription software business. Services/Products are set up on a subscription license and by default are renewed monthly.
A few of the Microsoft Dynamics GP products (Extender, Extender Enterprise, Flexicoder, Node Builder and SmartPost) offered by eOne are still available in a Perpetual licensing model. They are purchased one time and then have a 20% Annual Enhancement Plan. By renewing the AEP, one is entitled to Product Updates and Registration Keys as well as 2 support incidents per year.

Any subscription or perpetual license can be setup for Automatic Payments. The Frequency of the renewal will be setup as monthly by default but can be changed to yearly. Setting up a subscription for yearly renewal will qualify the renewal for a 5% discount.
If a subscription license is being purchased/renewed, setting up an automatic payment is required via Credit Card unless the length of the subscription is at least 1 year.
When purchasing a new SaaS Subscription, a 1-year commitment is required. This means that the subscription cannot be cancelled for 1 year.
Some discounts and/or promotions that are offered by eOne may also have commitment periods on them. This means that by agreeing to the discount, the subscription cannot be cancelled for that period of time.
eOne also offers Commitment Discounts on new sales and renewals. By agreeing to a 2- or 3-year commitment, the subscription renewal cannot be cancelled for that period of time. You will receive a discount for agreeing to this longer period of time.
