Purpose
This policy aims to explain the eOne Pricing model including Commitments, Auto Payments, and Prepay Discounts.

This policy applies to all eOne Products including Subscription and Perpetual licensing.
Policy
General Pricing
eOne is a SaaS subscription software business. Services/Products are setup on a subscription license and by default are renewed monthly.
A few of the Microsoft Dynamics GP products offered by eOne are still available in a Perpetual licensing model. They are purchased one time and then have a 20% Annual Enhancement Plan. By renewing the AEP, one is entitled to Product Updates and Registration Keys as well as 2 support incidents per year.
Renewal Periods
eOne offers the ability to pay by the month or year for Subscription licenses. Subscription licenses also have the option to prorate so that the expiry date can be manually selected, as long as it is at least one month from the date of purchase/renewal. This allows one to align the expiry date to match other products or to meet business needs.
Perpetual Licenses are always defaulted to yearly. They can also be prorated to allow the expiry date to match other products or meet business needs.
Payment Options
eOne offers multiple payment options. The recommended option is Credit Card and is available for all subscription purchases and renewals. If a subscription is being purchased/renewed for at least 1 year, then pay by Check or Wire is also an option.
Credit Card, Check, and Wire are also available for Perpetual licensing purchases and renewals as well as Support, Services and Training. If Check or Wire is being used, it must be received before the support, service or training will be available.
Automatic Payments
Any subscription or perpetual license can be setup for Automatic Payments. The Frequency of the renewal will be setup as monthly by default but can be changed to yearly. If a subscription license is being purchased/renewed, setting up an automatic payment is required via Credit Card unless the length of the subscription is at least 1 year.
Commitments
When purchasing a new SaaS Subscription, a 1-year commitment is required. This means that the subscription cannot be cancelled for 1 year.
Some discounts and/or promotions that are offered by eOne may also have commitment periods on them. This means that by agreeing to the discount, the subscription cannot be cancelled for that period of time.
Commitment Discounts
eOne also offers Commitment Discounts on new sales and renewals. By agreeing to a 2- or 3-year commitment, the subscription renewal cannot be cancelled for that period of time. You will receive a discount for agreeing to this longer period of time.
Prepay Discounts
eOne offers discounts on subscription licensing when paying for at least one year at a time. Yearly Prepay discounts of 1, 2, and 3 years are available.
Price Lock
eOne does not by default do any sort of Price Lock. This means it does not guarantee a specific renewal price for any length of time. At times, eOne will offer promotions that do include a Price Lock to guarantee a price for a specific duration. For example, a promotion may guarantee the current list price when purchasing or renewing for 3 years from that date.
Current Discounts
Currently, eOne offers the following discounts to all customers on subscription plans.
- 1 Year Prepay – 5%
- 1 Year Prepay and 2 Year Commitment – 8%
- 1 Year Prepay and 3 Year Commitment – 10%
- 2 Year Commitment – 5%
- 2 Year Prepay – 10%
- 3 Year Commitment – 8%
- 3 Year Prepay – 15%
Returns
All purchases from eOne are nonrefundable unless the following conditions are met.
- The Software contains critical bugs that eOne is unable or unwilling to remedy in releases scheduled within 6 months of acknowledging the bug.
- The software was materially misrepresented during the sales process, by an employee or representative of eOne.
Goods may not be returned for credit more than thirty (30) days after the date of the applicable invoice.
eOne reserves the right to refuse credit for any Goods returned if the claim is unjustified.
Compliance Notice:
In accordance with U.S. regulations, eOne does not conduct business with countries subject to U.S. sanctions. This includes, but is not limited to, countries such as Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Cuba. Change, Review, and Update
This policy shall be reviewed once every year unless the owner considers an earlier review necessary to ensure that the policy remains current. Changes to this policy shall be communicated at least 30 days prior to the change taking place.

- This policy will be reviewed for continued completeness, relevance, and accuracy at yearly intervals or less.
