Meet your trainers:
Tyler Epping, Popdock Evangelist – Tyler joined the team in April of 2022. He has a background in sales and customer experience in a variety of industries, which provides him with a unique end-user perspective. He is passionate about providing integration solutions that directly tackle the inefficiencies that come as a result of working in many applications that are not connected with each other.
Mark Anderson, Professional Services Director– Mark has over 30 years of experience working on integrations, from accounting systems to CRM systems; he has worked on them all. Mark has worked on Dynamics GP since 1995, on CRM and Salesforce since they launched, and has over 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 ERP integrations.
Ethan Sorenson, Director of Product & Solutions, EMEA – Originally from Fargo, Ethan relocated to Copenhagen, leaving behind cold car commutes for bicycle lanes. Leading our technical team in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Ethan helps partners and customers improve productivity by utilizing the eOne toolset. When he is not at his desk, you can find Ethan outside running, hiking, and enjoying any other activity he can find.
Mark Polino, Technical Consultant – Mark Polino is a CPA and seasoned accounting and technology professional. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Rollins College. Mark is the author or co-author of multiple books related to ERP and security. He was also a Microsoft MVP for 10 years. Mark currently leads presales at eOne.
