Re-registering a Change Data Source in Business Central on SmartConnect.com

If you encounter issues with change triggers in your Business Central data source and need to re-register the change data source trigger, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Process Map and access the Source Tab.
  2. Uncheck the “Track Changes” options for both Create and Updates.
  3. Save the map.

To re-register the change data source tracker:

  1. Re-select the tick box for “Track Changes” for both Create and Updates.
  2. Save the Map.

These steps will help you re-establish the trigger of changes for your Business Central data source. For troubleshoots, see this KB Configure a Business Central Change Data Source.
