Summit 2016 is right around the corner! Both the Fargo and the Austin offices are getting ready for this must-attend event of the season. In order to help you prepare for a great conference, here is the list of all eOne sessions that will be occurring:

Title: SmartList Builder Laid Bare
Presenters: Nicole Albertson, Martin Olsen and Michelle Kocher (Delta Med)

Description: This session will open up the closet on one of your peer’s SmartList and SmartList Builder environments. We will dig into a real-life scenario and discuss why they decided to build theses lists in SLB, as well as how they found the data and what functions they used and why. We will learn from their mistakes and, as a group, make suggestions on improvements. This is a highly interactive session where we review, praise and critically analyze one company’s implementation of SmartList Builder. On Completion users will have stepped through a real world implementation of SmartList Builder, and understand the what was done well and what could have been done better.

Description: Thinking about using the Excel Refreshable Reports in Microsoft Dynamics GP and don’t understand how to secure the data? This session will walk through how to secure the Excel Refreshable Reports and the data they pull. Learning Objectives: • implement security around the Excel Refreshable Reports. • understand how to use the same security to secure the Excel Refreshable Reports built using Excel Report Builder.

This session will walk through the reasons why you need to integrate your systems and show to develop a comprehensive integration plan for all your systems. Custom integration or use a tool? How to manage error’s. What are the hidden integration traps? What is Hybrid integration? Learning Objectives: • After this course you will be comfortable with developing an integration plan for your organization. You will understand the value of a fully integrated system.

Title: Role Play your way to a Successful CRM Integration
Presenter: Chris Dew

Time: 1:15 – 2:15 pm
Description: An interactive review of things you need to consider and scope internally when you’re going to integrate your systems with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the most common “gotcha’s” people overlook along the way. Learning Objectives: • Understand important questions to answer and areas to scope when doing CRM Integrations (especially for synchronizing customer data and sales order processing scenarios). • Understand areas that are more difficult and/or are important to handle from an integration perspective when working with CRM Integrations. Example: working with option sets and activity parties.

Description: Gathering feedback is a very important step towards understanding your customer and being able to intelligently engage with them. This session will take a deep dive into the new native Microsoft Dynamics CRM survey solution, Voice of the Customer, and will also review other options for leveraging survey data within Microsoft CRM. Learning Objectives: • Attendees will be able to understand what is required for set up of Voice of the Customer in Microsoft CRM and technical requirements. • Attendees will be able to see what the experience looks like to use the Voice of the Customer within their CRM. • Attendees will learn about other available survey tools that can be leveraged with Microsoft CRM.
