As of 1 June 2024, eOne Solutions is offering an additional add-on package for post go-live support for customers who have partnered with eOne’s consulting for delivery of their solution.  The Post Go-Live Support package is priced at $2200 USD (regional pricing is available) and includes the following:

  • 10 support hours are dedicated to supporting the customer after completing and fulfilling everything included in their Statement of Work for their project.
  • Target Response Time:  eOne will reply within 8 hours of the ticket submission.
  • Support Hours:  8am-5pm CST (USA), 8am-5pm CET (EMEA)
  • An Assigned Support Team Member
  • A 1-Hour Onboarding Meeting with eOne’s Support & Customer Success
  • Ongoing Customer Success Check-ins
  • Email, Chat & Phone Support

While a level of post go-live support is built into every project plan to ensure successful outcomes, we know some customers would like to extend their support engagement.  This package is ideal for customers who anticipate or would like additional support with a dedicated team and a coordinated hand-off from their product consultant to eOne’s support team.  To get started, sign in to the eOne portal and purchase the “Post Go-Live Support” item under the “Product Support” category in the eOne Shop.
