Using Data Filter Restrictions with the SmartConnect Excel Add-in

In this video, we demonstrate how to use data filter restrictions with the SmartConnect Excel Add-in, specifically when working with SmartConnect 21 on-prem (though this method also applies to SmartConnect.com and SmartConnect 2018). The default Excel Add-in "Get Data" function does not allow passing variables to a SQL query, which can lead to inefficient results when querying large databases.
