How to Synchronize SmartConnect 21 Users After Changing License From Perpetual to SaaS
An issue that we have seen recently at eOne is that as users have been transitioning from SmartConnect 21 On-Prem Perpetual Licensing to SaaS/subscription licensing, their SmartConnect users may no longer log into SmartConnect.
The reason why this happens is because previously all users that were added after the initial install were all created in the local SmartConnect database. In this video, Pat will address this issue and how to synchronize SmartConnect 21 users after the license change.
