How to Navigate This Error: Could not load assembly ‘WinSCPNet’ when trying to add to SmartConnect Script Namespace

In this video, we show how to fix the "Could not load assembly 'WinSCPNet'" error in SmartConnect 21 when trying to use WinSCP instead of the built-in FTP connector. The issue occurs because .NET can't find the WinSCPnet.dll, which isn’t installed in the GAC or the application root by default. The solution is simple: copy the WinSCPnet.dll from the WinSCP installation folder into the SmartConnect root folder. We cover the exact folder paths for both SmartConnect 21 and 2018, and walk through how to re-add the namespace successfully.
