Your registered version of SmartList Builder does not match the installed version of SmartList Builder.

After performing an upgrade of SmartList Builder, receiving an error when launching Dynamics GP that says, “Your registered version of SmartList Builder does not match the installed version of SmartList Builder”


All 18.X versions of SmartList Builder use a customer account code to register the product.   All the error message is indicating is that you have updated to a newer version and you need to register the newer version using the same account code previously used. 

Open the SmartList Builder registration window (Tools – SmartList Builder – Register SmartList Builder) and click on the Save button to close it.  When you click on the save button, SmartList Builder will connect to the eOne registration server and update the registered version to match what you have installed.  You will no longer get the error after re-registering the product on the current version.
