Why Am I Only Getting 100 Records Returned When I Run My List?

Managing Record Limits in Popdock Default Lists

To ensure optimal performance, Popdock limits the number of records initially retrieved from a default list. If millions of records were pulled at once, it could cause delays or even prevent the data from loading.

By default, any Popdock default list—whether automatically added by Popdock or manually added by you—will be 100 records.

It’s important to note that this limit only applies to the initial data retrieval from a default list. If you need to consistently pull a higher number of records, the recommended solution is to create a Favorite. Favorites allow you to save specific query settings, ensuring that each time you open the favorite, it refreshes and retrieves the desired record count.
