After installing/updating SmartView, certain SmartLists are not populating, and even the column names are no visible?
After installing or upgrading SmartView, the views need to be recreated and the field cache needs to be updated.
1. Login to Dynamics GP as the sa user.
2. Inside of SmartView go to File – Maintenance – Create/update views.
3. After that completes go to File – Maintenance – Update field cache.
Exit SmartView and relaunch it.
