This issue is typically observed after upgrading SmartConnect from 2018 to 21, while still running Microsoft Dynamics GP versions earlier than GP/Extender 18.2.

Quick Solution: To “re-run install” from GP Connection.
This is used to update the procedure taExtenderWindowAddUpdate by adding columns 16 through 30, which are required for SmartConnect 21 to synchronize properly. While these columns are not necessary for GP versions earlier than 18.2, SmartConnect 21 procedure references them as standard because Extender 18.2 and later versions introduced columns 16 to 30 as the latest.
