SmartConnect scheduled maps stop on February 29th

SmartConnect maps that were scheduled to run on February 29th have stopped running and have not resumed.

This is caused by an issue with SmartConnect not recognizing February 29th as a valid date time. To resolve the issue do the following:

  1. Open the SmartConnect Scheduler Master Maintenance window. (Maps – Scheduled Maps).
  2. Double click on the first map in the list, and then click the Save button to save the schedule. You do not need to change anything in the window.
  3. You will need to pull up each map in succession and save it. All the ‘Next Run Date’ values should then be set to the current date. The maps should then run at their next scheduled time.

This is fixed in the latest service pack of SmartConnect.
