Installing the Excel Add-in for SmartConnect. It appears to install successfully, however, it does not show up in Excel after opening.
If you’d like to watch a video explanation of this, see below or click here.
Issue: It appears under Disabled Application Add-ins.

Have you tried the following steps?
01. Navigate to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage: COM Add-ins > Go, and attempt to enable the eOne Excel Add-ins, including launching Excel as Administrator.

02. Update the registry settings as described in the referenced article
https://www.eonesolutions.com/help-article/smartconnect-excel-add-doesnt-load-closing-reopening-excel/
03. Uninstalled Office and Excel AddIns (both), then reinstalled Microsoft Office and reinstalled the SmartConnect Excel add-ins.
If the issue persists, it does not appear to be a common or generic issue— it seems specific to the affected machine or potentially caused by a domain policy restriction.
Here are the steps you can follow to ensure the SmartConnect Excel Add-in loads automatically.
01. Mark path “eOne Solutions” as Trusted Locations – steps 1 to 6.

02. Next, go to Add-ins >> Manage >> Disabled Items >> Go, select the eOne SmartConnect Add-in, and click Enable.

03. Close Excel and re-open Excel, and you should see the eOne Add-in appearing.
