If a user needs to build or manage Query Builder lists, follow these guidelines for assigning roles:

System Roles
  • None required

Connector Roles
  • QueryBuilderPublisher
Allows the user to be able to publish Query Builder lists.

  • QueryBuilderContributor
Grants the ability to create new Query Builder lists and edit or update existing ones.

  • QueryBuilderReader
Allows the user to view the details of Query Builder lists. Users cannot make any changes or updates to the lists.

  • Reader
Allows the user to view connector details and metadata. Users can see information about the connector and its settings but cannot make changes. This role is required as it allows you to edit the connector and access Query Builder.

  • User
Allows viewing data from the connector. Access is limited to the companies, lists, actions, and details that you explicitly grant permissions to.

Notes on Deleting Query Builder Lists

To enable a user to be able to delete Query Builder lists, assign them the QueryBuilderAdministrator role. This role allows them to delete any of the Query Builder lists.
