Salesforce OAuth URL No Longer Exists

When authorizing a Salesforce connector in SmartConnect using OAuth, you may encounter an error if the Salesforce Service URL is configured incorrectly.

Error Message

URL No Longer Exists

You have attempted to reach a URL that no longer exists on Salesforce.com.

Cause

This error occurs when the Salesforce Service URL entered in the SmartConnect connector setup is invalid.

Resolution

  1. Open your Salesforce connector in SmartConnect.
  2. Locate the Salesforce Service URL field.
  3. Replace the existing value with the correct URL:

https://login.salesforce.com/services/oauth2

Oauth service
  1. After updating the service URL, click on ‘authorization.’
    • This will open a browser window with the Salesforce login page.
