Real time CRM maps not running after upgrading to CRM 2015
Updating to CRM 2015 and real time maps from CRM stop working. Unregistering and reregistering the maps did not correct the issue.
In this instance the customer was on SmartConnect 20.13.1.80. Updating the customer to SmartConnect version 20.14.1.25 and reregistering the maps corrected the issue.
