Error
When importing a NetSuite Invoice Item, you may receive an error similar to this:
You have only 0 available for commitment across all locations (0 back ordered, 0 on order).
Reason
NetSuite Inventory Level Warnings is the reason for the error. The SmartConnect integration will fail for this NetSuite Warning setting.
Steps to resolve
- Log in to NetSuite and navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles.
- Find the Role used to create the token for the connection in SmartConnect and edit it.
- On the Preferences tab, either add or edit the Inventory Level Warnings preference and make the value False.
- Save the changes.
- Run the integration again and verify that the error no longer occurs.
