This favorite has been locked

Attempting to edit a SmartView favorite and receiving an error that says “This favorite has been locked”.  We do not know who locked it, or how to unlock it?

This means that a user has intentionally locked the favorite to prevent others from changing it. If you are a SmartView admin, you may remove the lock on the favorite by going to Tools – Setup – System – SmartView – Favorites Maintenance.

 
Select the SmartList that has the locked favorite on it. Then select the company and user from the dropdown list. You may have to cycle through the users to find the specific user that locked it. Once you find the favorite, you can highlight the favorite and click on the “Unlock” button
