Updating existing SOP documents with SmartConnect

Running a map to update a tracking number on SOP line items. All that is mapped is the required fields for the line, and the tracking number. The fields that are not being passed in are being overwritten with blanks.

If you are updating existing SOP documents, you must resend the entire document. Elements that are excluded or left blank are updated to be empty. The result is that they look like they were removed from the document.
