After linking an eXtender window to a 3rd party product window, the eXtender window never appears under the “Additional” menu. Even after relaunching the menu item does not appear
Check with the manufacturer of your 3rd party product and see if the product is 100% Dexterity, or if it is written in .NET. Extender windows will only link to 3rd party windows that are 100% Dexterity based, they will not link to windows that are written in .NET.
