When creating a map, and clicking on the GoTo button in the upper right corner, the Companies option is disabled.
You need to check the box next to “Use intercompany options” in SmartConnect security.
1. Tools – SmartConnect – Security
2. Highlight your user.
3. Highlight the company you are logged in on.
4. In the upper right corner of the SmartConnect Security window, look for the Permissions section.
5. Check the box next to “Use intercompany options”. This would allow you to access the Companies in the drop down list.
