When creating a new query in the SmartConnect Query Builder, no tables show up. They also do not show up when creating a real time datasouce from Great Plains.
Go to Tools – SmartConnect – System Maintenance. Check the box that says “Create GP Resource Cache” and hit the process button. It can take up to 10 minutes for the cache to be built, so do not end task until you see the Maintenance Complete message.
