How to import Inventory items and have the Item Class settings roll down base on the class assigned to the item.
There is a SmartConnect parameter that needs to be set.
1. Open up your Create/update item mapping
2. Scroll down until you see the parameter called “Roll down settings from item class”
3. Change the Map To column to say “Local Constant”
4. In the Name column, put a 1 in there.
5. Save the mapping and run it again. As long as you have a valid class ID mapped to the Class ID field, the settings for that class will roll down to the item you imported.
