How to Upgrade or Downgrade your Subscription

You may upgrade or downgrade your SmartConnect and/or Popdock subscription to a new plan at any time. When doing so, please note the features that will be added or removed. If you are downgrading, the subscription features will change immediately and no refund will be given for any portion of the previous subscription that was paid at the higher plan.

  1. Browse to www.eonesolutions.com and select the Login drop-down at the top, right-hand side of the page.
  2. Be sure that eOne Portal is marked and select Sign In.
  3. Enter your email address and password and select Sign In.
  4. Once logged in, select My Account > Renewals / Keys on the top right-hand side of the page
  5. Scroll down to find the product subscription you wish to upgrade/downgrade. If you are doing this for one of your customers, search by customer or scroll to the subscription section to find the customer you wish you upgrade/downgrade.
  6. Select the arrow to the right of the products subscription plan and select Manage Plan.Manage Plan 2
  7. A new window opens and you can select your new subscription tier.
    • Please note, the price is prorated to the current expiration date so daily prices will vary. You may change the renewal date if desired.
  8. Enter the Payment information if necessary and select Update.
