If a Popdock User invitation is not accepted within 24 hours from time it was sent, the link will expire. In this event, the administrator for the Popdock environment will need to resend the invitation link.
To resend an invitation to a Popdock user, the administrator should follow these steps:
- Log into Popdock as an Administrator.
- Go to the Menu (Triple Bar Icon).
- From the drop down menu, click on Security.
04. Find the User to whom you want to resend the invitation.
05. Click on the Envelope Icon next to the User. Ensure that you click the envelope only once to avoid sending multiple emails.
06. Advise the user to monitor their email inbox for the resent invitation. Also, remind them to check their spam or junk folder in case the invitation email gets filtered there.
