If you see the error “Integration is locked and deactivated” when running on a schedule, it means SmartConnect detects an activity record. Essentially, SmartConnect thinks the integration is running, but because the InProgress flag is set to false, it actually isn’t. This typically happens when a map run crashes and isn’t cleared properly.
If you’d rather watch a video explaining this, see below or click here.
- Find the integration in your schedules tab.

- Navigate to the integration with the integration “locked – deactivated” error.

- Click the edit pencil and press save to revalidate the schedule, and it will re-enable the schedule.

- If this issue keeps occurring, you might want to enable the “allow long-running schedule.” This allows SmartConnect to attempt the schedule, even if it takes too long.
After that your integration should be up and running again!
