How to Fix: Headers Disappearing on Text Folder Data Source After Upgrading

If your headers disappear on an integration that has been working before an upgrade, you might need to go into the data source and recheck a few settings.

If you’d rather watch a video explaining this, see below or click here.

  1. Find the data source under your data sources tab and open it.
  2. Find the ‘Create Schema’ File button.
  3. Once you see this screen, make sure the ‘Has Column Headers’ checkbox is checked, and the character encoding, and format is as expected. You should see actual Column Names under the Column Name Column, not Column0, Column1, Column2 etc.
  4. Press ‘OK’ and ‘Preview’ to make sure it is working as expected.
