SmartConnect makes deleting records from Dynamics 365/CRM simple.
1. create a map with a data source containing all records to be deleted.
2. Map a unique identifier. We generally recommend using an entity lookup as your mapping, and setting the grouping on the lookup.
3. Check the box in the top right “For Delete”
*You cannot do create/update with a delete map. Those will need to use a different map.
**Deleting parent data also deletes child records. i.e. deleting a Sales Order will also Delete the Sales Order Product lines.
