As of March 13, 2025, we have released an update for the Popdock application in Microsoft Teams. This update resolves previous issues and enhances the integration’s functionality within Teams. Here is a look at the new interface to set up a widget:
With the recent updates, all widgets now require a token. To accommodate this, a Token field has been added where you can enter the required token for your widget. Additionally, parameters can be added individually using a key-value pair format. Select Add Parameter to include as many parameters as needed to customize your widget’s results.
If you previously installed the Popdock Teams application, you may need to clear your Teams cache to ensure the updated version installs properly. You can use the Microsoft article below which outlines different methods of clearing your cache.
