How to Add More Columns in a File Destination

You may need to add additional columns into a file destination for various reasons.

  1. In your integration, you will need to navigate to the Integration tab and then select the Target Integration sub-tab. Once here, you can press the Column Actions Button and find the Add Column button.

  2. It is worth noting you won’t be able to edit the Name of this new column. Once created, it will be named Column_x (with x being the current number of columns).

New calculations will automatically create a new column. If you need to add additional columns for other reasons, you can do this by navigating to the mapping. Then, in the Destination Options, press the Add Columns button to add a new column.
