How to Access Registration Keys, Account Codes, & Customer IDs

eOne product registration keys, account codes, and customer IDs are available to customers right away after purchasing and for all customers who are current on their eOne product annual enhancement or subscription plan.

Here are the steps to access registration keys on eOne’s website:

  • Enter your username and password and select SIGN IN.
  • Select the My Account > Renewal / Key on the top right of the page.

  • Filter by customer, or find the customer you wish to generate the keys for.
  • Check the box on the item you would like to generate registration keys, account codes, or Customer IDs for, and click Reg Keys.

  • Select the version the customer is using from the dropdown menu.

  • Click the red Email Keys button, and the keys will be emailed to the listed email account.
  • Click the blue Generate Keys button to view the key, code, or ID for that module. The keys will appear for you to copy.
